They don't open when they say they open up. I even waited 30 minutes before the opening and nobody answered the drive... Save time and headaches and go to kfc,...

What happened? This chicken has no taste. The cut is different. I paid extra for all white pieces, got 2 boobs and the rest was legs and thighs. I'm done here....
