Church's Texas Chicken - Missouri City

They don't open when they say they open up. I even waited 30 minutes before the opening and nobody answered the drive... Save time and headaches and go to kfc, I spent less than 4 minutes in drive thru.

What happened? This chicken has no taste. The cut is different. I paid extra for all white pieces, got 2 boobs and the rest was legs and thighs. I'm done here. Hopefully the others are the same as before.

Each time that I have visited this restaurant, something is below standard. It is usually the customer service and wrong order with items left out. I hardly complain, but today does it with the stale, old chicken!!! The young lady was awesome and very courteous, unlike a couple of other people there. The coleslaw was AWESOME and very crisp, fresh just as I like it. The CHICKEN YUK and tasted old not one crunch to any bite. Really? This time I decided to leave a review. I try to support our area local businesses, but now I feel taken advantage of. The young lady and young man's attitudes were good. The sides were ok. What happened to the chicken????
