Chipotle Mexican Grill - Minneapolis

I don't know if management changed or corporate policy but the last couple of times I've ordered from this location they've given me about half of the food I used to get. I got a carne asada bowl with double meat, the asada was well done and tough, I only got one serving of meat instead of the two I ordered, and the bowl only had about 1/4 a serving of beans. For $20 I expect a lot more food. This just felt like a ripoff.

To go order scheduled for 6:30 wasn't ready until 7:00...

A young lady that made my daughter burrito sloppy she got upset my daughter asked her to fix it. She threw away and left the board and never came back. Another young lady had to make our meal. Then when she came back to the front you start using foul language to her co works about how it upset her because of the situation. We paid and left. I can't believe she acted like that no one apologized They just all looked bewildered at the way she acted. How does she still have a job. My daughter was so embarrassed. I eat Chipotle at least once a week. But now I just don't know. Won't be back to this location and I am going to post this on my media feed as well. Wish I had record her obscene behavior

Within one month, the size of their burrito bowl has shrunk significantly. If you ask Alexa, How much does a burrito bowl from Chipotle weigh ? And the answer is 15 ounces. My bowl was 9.5 oz. Don 't get me wrong; I don 't always weigh my food, but when I got my last bowl, it felt much lighter than before, so I pulled out the old food scale and wasn 't shocked. Is it just that particular Chipotle, or are they all starting to shrink their food portions? We 'll see at the next one. BB

I like the food and prices. I hate that they are always cleaning up for closing around me as we are eating, including sweeping! This is almost 2 hours before closing time, everyday!Wheelchair accessibility: Manageable
