Wintergreen Maple Syrup and Pancake Barn

One of my favorite places, the food is amazing, the products are top notch, only place we buy our maple syrup from plus this was the place I said 'I do ' to my husband!! Thank you Dawson family!

I had a wonderful morning hike at Wintergreen during the 2016 Hike Haliburton Festival. Ryan Dawson's poetry was not only entertaining but also educational and inspiring. The entire Dawson family was welcoming and made us feel at home. The lunch was delicious and their homemade food products in the retail section were amazing.

Thank you for the amazing afternoon, tour and the most delicious pancakes! What a treat on Easter weekend.
