Molly's Bistro Bakery - Minden

My husband and I ate here for the first time on Sunday. We are vegan and they had 1 vegan breakfast option which was delish! We also very much enjoyed their outdoor seating.

Great food in a cute setting. They have a huge breakfast/brunch menu with options for everyone (vegan, vegetarian, gf, meat eaters, big eaters, small eaters... .Standouts were the eggs benedict that they serve on an amazing tea biscuit instead of an english muffin and the baked beans! They also put a small slice of lemon loaf on our plates which was a nice touch and the homemade jam for toast was delicious.They had a nice setup to sit outside if you wanted and will bring the food out. Service was quick and they checked on us to see if we needed coffee refills.

This place was recommended by a family member who is a local in town. Could not have been more disappointed in the service provided. Sharp tongued and snappy woman (owner? at the till who took my order. Young server was a bit stand offish. I actually liked my apple compote crepe but the waffles the other party members all had were all undercooked. Pale and soft to touch. Not crispy as they should be. Expected better for the price. Won’t go back. P.S. It is rude to continually correct the customer on the pronunciation of a menu item. Just saying!!
