Currently undergoing renovations, this restaurant is temporarily closed. The food is delicious, with the beef being exceptionally tasty and the best I've ever had in Canada.

Yes, someone should consider updating the app to reflect the recent renovations at the restaurant.

It was worst experience Just because of one of the employee she scream ‘s like hell with bad behaviour . I went to ordered at around 5:30 Am on 31st July 2023 I was trying to order from drive thru .Somebody from the speaker was taking d order and I said I need a breakfast with no meat and instead that I need extra eggs . I don’t know the first girl took order very nicely but I don’t know while giving order I said I want an omelette style 2 Cheese on it and then somebody from inside I must say another lady she screaaaammm we donn’ttt serve d omelette . I understand may be I said in a wrong way but whats d point to shout and show d anger to a customer. I drive off from the location by saying I don’t want d order and left d place before my nerves get blast and I took an immediate action . Somehow I calm myself . But I will never ever go to the A&W , my experience was too bad and I face first time this thing in canada . This is location and I will not recommended anyone else to go to this location 235 steels ave East , Milton , L9T 1Y2 and I wish I could rate this location less than 1 star , don’t even want to say a star.P.S : I will say the A&W management to see this location ‘s morning staff on Monday especially that one Lady before she put the business into ashes .

I ordered at the drive through window and was told to park and they would bring it out when it was ready, (3 or 4 minutes they said). There were no other customers for the 15 minutes I waited! Finally went in to find the two employees having a wonderful little visit, my bag on the counter between them! Oops was the only explanation I got.

I only give 4 rating for service because they are not quite fast like other fast food restaurants even though there out of number of employee.
