Mr Pepe Woodlake - Midlothian

Ordered for pick up. Half the items are missing and now I have to drive back to Mr Pepe. Didn’t even offer to take some off the bill. Ridiculous customer service. Won’t be ordering here anymore.

Had dinner on a busy Sunday night. Sat at the bar, Estela provided service that was fast and friendly and the food was great. We have never had a bad experience here.

Food is so good, and service was great. Highly recommend the Fajita Nachos

The food is not fresh. It's frozen entrees then heated in the microwave and served. Our food was still frozen inside. Disappointed to say the least.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming back here. I’ve been before and had no issues but my family was dining here tonight and we saw a huge cockroach crawling up the wall. The server seemed completely unfazed by it and now I know it’s because it’s been a consistent issue for a year now. Gross ?
