Hardee's - Midlothian

Bad service. Fries were cold and hard. They didn't order me right, then their attitude was that the mistake was mine. Slow service on the window after the error was realized. I'm not going back to this place.

Generally quite good food on a consistent basis. Make sure you check your drive thru order before you move away. You have a story to give false diving sauce, no straw or no napkins in your pocket. Have also had several occasions where false drink was provided during the trip thru. As long as you find these things before you move away, it's not a big deal.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. I often come in and a few people know me. I never had a problem... just delicious food and amazing service. Thank you.

Attitude was honestly terrible, the person of the speaker must be exactly MONITORED. She never greeted me, and even when I left, she never said? Do you have a good day or something? I said, thank you and she never said anything. She just gave me my food and went away and there was a piece of hair in my fry container?. glad I don't live on this side of the city. will not come back

Good chicken haven't had they chicken since I was little and since I moved to Virginia. Only problem not enough chicken and they didn't have no gravy and my chicken was luke warm. They could've did better. Not saying I won't go back. Cashier didn't speak just no customer service skills at all. The young people at that place have a problem with greeting they customers.
