Wendys total has gone since the beginning of the covid mountainab. what was my favorite almost food joint before, has become my little. save you the effort and go over 35 to sonic. tonight was terrible. I was rushed through the drive-thru after I said I needed a minute. no soul was behind me. 20 seconds in and “I can now take her order” was my answer. I ordered, paid, and was told in the second window: “Yes, we will let them park there (points to their mobile pickup spots), we wait for them. Oh, the chicken heup.” I have parked. They wait 5 minutes (see how they let me wait after I was hurried to order) and the haw was given to me ice cold, without stumble for my drink, and no acknowledgement to make a formal complaint and check what my appeal was really busy. unjustly terrible experience. until they get rid of this idiot, careless worker and malnutrition, I will not be back. sonic has my heart. They have my 1 star rating. and my promise that I will never return.
The chicken sandwich tasted very bland and as it sat all day. I found a black hair in my french and I don't think that the cassian ordered my order as a meal, but it arranged as separate pieces that made me pay more. I enjoyed the drink and the fries, but would like to have less haare in them next time. never recommend chicken from wendy’s again.
This Wendy’s is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!. Very unfriendly staff, food was dry, hung up on the phone with issue. Messed up my order multiple visits in a row. Don’t go here. Refuses refunds on bad/wrong food.
Ever since the new team took over quality went way up and the manager or shift lead ? Is very nice.
