If the young man at the drive-through was more focused on his job than chasing skirts at the drive-through window, it would’ve been a better rating. He didn’t tell us the total at the drive-through box didn’t tell us the total when we went to pay. He didn’t give us a receipt and all we got was an orange frosty and he went to give us four drinks and we told him it was ours. He asked what we ordered and we said the frosty that’s been sitting there handed to us my husband said am I gonna get something to eat with? Who didn’t they put a spoon in the bag?

Ordered 2 chilis. Received 1 spoon, 3 crackers, 9 packets of ketchup, bag of roasted pecans, kids meal bag no napkins.. picked up the order from the drive through. As I pulled around the building multiple employees sitting behind the building smoking. Building is dimly lit it does not look like it's even open 8pm.. I visited here three times in the last month and it's the same every single. It's close to my house but I will definitely venture to the Parma heights location..

I went up to the drive thru tonight, it was slower than usual. I was patient. The guy at the window, nice guy, deep voice and patient, bless his heart, he was trying so hard to keep up. I had great service and food. When I asked how the chili was, if it was runny or not, he actually checked it. Great guy and customer service to him and his Co worker the cook too! Our single Dave burger was great too. Hey guys, don't think you're unnoticeable and realize you DO make a difference. I appreciate you and thank you for your services! Much lobe n peace dudes!
