Subway - Miami

First walking into the store I was a bit confused as to where the employees were but after a minute or so a young gentleman came and took my order . Being a vegan I had the pleasure of have the veggie Patty on artisan flatbread . To enhance the flavors of the patty I Had it toasted with Green peppers and onions and the aroma that it gave off after it was done toasting was Amazing! I then proceeded to add spinach , lite lettuce , banana peppers , and Jalapeños. To top it off I added Oil, vinegar,Garlic Aioli, salt and pepper ! Honestly the sandwich was made to perfection I loved every minute of it and definitely was fulfilling . For those who may be wondering what the veggie Patty at subway taste like . Imagine having a Beyond meat patty with just veggies inside . It?s practically tasteless but it?s really nutritious and the sauces mask the taste in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend!

Location did not have several items such as tomatoes and did not let any customers know until the very end of the sandwich building process. It was at this time that I asked if they had any in one of the refrigerators and the staff all told me no and if I wanted to have an attitude about it I could go somewhere else and I ended up doing just that. Terrible customer service and they seem to always be missing items which they do not tell you until you have wasted all your time in line? Definitely do not recommend this location as it is clearly very poorly run

The subway downtown it's sad they never have 2 things to match ???? they wait to prepare the sub then say we don't have onions no tomatoes 1 kind of bread I never go there again

Middle of the day and they ran out of tomatoes. Every time I go there something else is missing. Total bummer. Is there no tomatoes in Publix? Can’t they get 4 boxes instead of 2? Completely unprofessional for a sandwich shop
