Subway - Miami

In terms of flavor, this particular store never disappoints on food quality, even though your sandwich will never ever look like the ones in the commercials/advertising. The picture shown in my post was of a six inch rotisserie style chicken sub... doesn't it look like the ones in the advertising? ? But I tell you, the garlic aioli sauce goes well with the chicken sub.Excellent customer service, despite only having two employees behind the counter on weekend afternoons.They have refurbished the store recently, particularly the seating area.Parking: Plenty of parking on weekend afternoons.

Lady making sandwiches had a bad attitudeWhen I gave her the coupon at the register she wouldn’t sell me the sub at the coupon price, wanted to charge me for extras even though the coupon was explicit on what it was for. I showed her the back but she didn’t read English.Place was empty so it wasn’t that she had no time to address the issue. No customer service or respect at all

The service was very good and the portions too. They have the protein portions already set up, so there is no discrepancy on the size from one day or employer to the other one. It's also very clean.

Unfortunately i am extremely disappointed and upset at this location. Staff not only extremely slow but rude and unprofessional. Both workers are expected me to speak Spanish, however i don 't speak Spanish at all. Their response was you look Hispanic and we are in miami, you should know folks like that should be fired. There is no reason to make such comments. Will definitely contact corporate SERVICE IS GARBAGE
