Pollo Tropical - Miami

Our first time that they approached, came around 1030 a.m. and they didn't have a lot of food that is understandable, but it's a little over price I got a quarter buck, but it was so small and a small side of rice and mais. husband has a Cuban sandwich with a side rice and everything came to $20. we don't have drinks. I should have gotten the Cuban sandwich, that was bigger than the chicken flour I got.

Every time I come to this place the employees are very rude ana is one of the rudest of all I placed my order at 1210pm and came at 130pm and it still wasn’t ready this is unacceptable I only have 30 mins for lunch

Terrible service and terrible eating! I was curious to eat pollo here, but I was disappointed. the quality of the service and the food is getting worse and worse. That's the last time I ate here. so sad because it was good before! then the workers there obviously don't want to be there or work there

I order a plate with crispy chicken online. When I picked up and I arrived at home, I realized that on my teller with grilled chicken and not crispy and my avocado salat did not dress. I returned to the pollo tropical and the manager made me great that crispy chickens are not available. I asked them how to leave the online order when the product is not available?, and she just answered me I don't know. at the end I returned very annoyed and disappointed with my order that on the way the hawn will be burned

I do not why I give this place a chance. Is always a disappointment. Dry over cooked chicken and rice. Customer service is below average for a place like this. For a change they should listen to their customer is thesame issues over and over again.
