Pastarunner - Miami

We are literally across the street from this place and they still were 15 minutes late and I received the wrong order. After 6 attempts to contact them via email and phone I decided to never give them my money again.

Lucky you get a star bc u deserve 0 stars. Your restaurant should be called PASTAWALKER ... terrible service, no one answers !!!! DELIVERY TAKES 2 hours PLUS!!!!!!!! THE WORST IN MIAMI !!

Couldn't even find this place. Wouldn't answer the phones. Cancelled my pick up order. Wont ne returning.

They need to improve the customer service, the guy called Lester was fighting his coworker, not a nice environment!!!

Awful restaurant, the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. When the food arrived, one item (fried mozzarella) was missing, another item (arancini) was frozen in the center. When I called, the person answering the phone barely spoke English. The manager I spoke to has no authority to issue a refund, that is up to the owner who refused to issue a refund. They re-sent the missing item, but when it got delivered it was also cold. The kids chicken was very over cooked, and all the fried foods were extremely greasy. The only item I recommend is the free rolls that came with the meal.
