North Italia Dadeland - Miami

Service was slow and it took forever to get our food. the appetizer was ready immediately, but the rest of the orders lasted over 25 minutes. it seemed that they didn't work enough – that was our perception.

The service is more slower than it should be. everything else is great.

Always at the point! beautiful atmosphere, correct temperature, great service, great eating, perfect portions.

The place was disappointing. When can they ever start an Italian restaurant from basil? after the order of a margherita pizza, our server came back to apologize that they had run out of basil. unacceptable and as a manager, even if they have to run and buy the items from the local market; they simply never put themselves in a position to say that they ran out of such a basic ingredient on an Italian place. we did not order a cheese on the kinderburger and came back with cheese. it seems as if they weren't really watching and two glasses super tuscan at $46.00 was obscene. that's not over.

We had reservations and we still had to wait while the restaurant was empty because we had to wait for 1 specific table that fit a large group. I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t just put 2 smaller tables together. It seems like there was not much management on site. When we sat down they didn’t even sit us with napkins and forks. Our waiter was very nice but took extremely long intervals to return to bring drinks, take our order, etc. I am not sure if it’s because they had him assigned on to many tables but service was horrible. We had to constantly be getting up to request our things. It’s a shame because the food was pretty good but it wasn’t that out of this world that I would be willing to endure terrible service to have again. Management needs to improve this if they want the restaurant to survive.
