Chipotle Mexican Grill - Miami

I asked for a barbacoa burrito bowl, but they gave me a bundle of fat instead of the actual flesh itself, I am finished with this chipotle

This has got to be the most disgusting chiplote that i have ever stepped foot in it is dirty and floors are all sticky and trash cans over flowing. i ordered food to get delivered thru the chipotle app. the food got to my house missing multiple items and when i opened one of the bowls it had ants crawling in the food. so we drove back to the restaurant cause the is no way to call the restaurant or chat with someone thru the app it is all automated. when we went back to get a refund the rude manager that we spoke to only offered to remake the food and not give a refund. if i have bugs in my food why would i want more food from here is what we told the manager and he still refused when we said we would call corporate he said do it he doesn't care to call. i will never step foot in this place again. if i could give it zero stars i would.

I was giving this location another chance. And again another horrible experience today. I order online today a biwl wirh chicken. I got lettuce instead of guac. Went back again I talked to the manager explained that I have constantly getting my online orders wrong more than 50 percent at a time. Manager went to remake my order. I got guacamole but after I tried the chicken a piece of it and it tasted burnt. I look most of the other pieces of chicken and 80 percent all of it is burnt. I should just give up that location or just the whole Chipotle franchise

Walked in and the girl behind the POS was holding hands with her manager or another employee, either way seriously unprofessional. The first kid who started my order wasn’t paying attention to what I was ordering, he was talking to his friend another customer who was two customers behind me the entire time and while making our food he put my daughters tortillas together so when she was eating her kids meal she accidentally ate both of them at the same time and basically only was able to eat one taco. The next kid who finished my order was singing along to the music playing in the background and I had to repeat every single item that I wanted which was extremely frustrating considering I asked for lettuce twice and he STILL didn’t put it on but I wasn’t about to repeat myself anymore. Lastly, I asked for two tortillas on the side and they made them, but the tortillas never made it into my bag which completely ruined my meal. Also, this location was completely filthy by the drink station. Instead of having unprofessional flirtatious relationships in front of customers you should focus on customer service and store cleanliness because I won’t be returning to this location again, and given the amount of other negative reviews I’m guessing a lot of other people won’t be going back either.

That pollo asado is fire! I was also able to read a book when I was finished eating. I'll definitely be back.
