Biscayne Tavern - Miami

The service was awful!!! It might be because they automatically include the tip on your bill for any party size. This meant there was no motivation for the waiter to provide good service. They never asked if we wanted more drinks, never refilled the water glasses... someone else took our order and someone else delivered the food. There was no follow-up service after we received the bill. I had hoped this would become a new spot to visit monthly when in Miami, but sadly I will not be returning.

I ordered the blackened fish, but I'm not sure if the kitchen is experienced with cooking fish this way as it turned out very dry. It seems like their specialty is more geared towards burgers and drinks for their clientele.

Didn't like the menu and the waiter was a guy. It won't go back. We went to the theater and wanted to find one. Ice place for dinner, but it wasn't!

The food was at best average, and the service was absolutely terrible!

We had a reservation and they had to clear people from our table. Took us 20 minutes to just get menus. Over an hour to get good. Brought out people's meals at random and appetizer came last. Staff was not apologetic and overwhelmed. It was the 2nd night of the soldout Adele concert. They should have been prepared. They were out of many items. Food we gut was actually good. But I would never go back due to terrible service.
