Went there to see southern Stampede great rock and roll

Went to Hola 19 for dinner on Sat, July 8th. Arrived at 7:30 PM, two hours later still no food on the table. It was hot and we did not get drink refills either. Service is horrible, the owner/ manager was present sitting at a table next to ours, he simply does not care. We had to leave and went to a nearby restaurant. This establishment does not deserve one star. HORRIBLE !!!!!I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

My last experience there was the worst I have ever had in a restaurant. I am very disappointed at the way I was treated, especially by the owner. We were a party of six and after getting our first beverages and putting in an order of appetizers and dinner, the waiter never came back. We waited for two hours and finally walked

The venue is nice hosted my mother in laws birthday there on a Friday night. The servers are horrible and try to take advantage of the fact that people are drinking to add drinks to your tab without you ordering them. The manager thinks he is above everyone and cannot speak to any guest about issues. Wouldn’t go back unless it’s under new management.

I have been here a few times to sing karaoke and watch some live local bands. The vibes is great. It's usually an older crowd but still a lot of fun. The food for the most part is fresh and taste good. To me personally there has been some hits chicken wings and misses mac and cheese . But their lychee martini tree hugger -their title is beyond yummy and strong. Their bartenders are some of the best. Place is big. Enough seating and areas to dance.and the general manager is always there and super attentive with the customers and staff.Wheelchair accessibility: Large big doors. Handicapped bathroom.
