I get Chinese take out for one dish--General Tso's chicken with white rice. I moved to VA from NJ and have yet to find a place that makes it as good as my favorite place back home. While it is pretty tasty, I found the chicken to be a bit hard on the outside. Over fried, perhaps. And the inside was a bit tough too. Also, it was swimming in thin sauce, which I drained off.
