Do you remember when you were growing up, and your family wanted to enjoy some fresh baked cookies, so Mom put some in the oven, and moments later, your mouth was full of warm, sweet, chocolatey deliciousness? I do, and on Saturday night, I wanted nothing more than the comfort of some warm, fresh-baked cookies to end my day, so my husband and I made our way to Crumbl Cookies for the first time.Ordering was easy and efficient, as we picked one of two touch-screen menus to select how many cookies and which varieties we desired. Over on the counter, there are sample cookies for you to see, but we didn’t notice those until after we ordered, since the menu is right inside the door, but the display of cookies was farther in. On the screen, nutrition information was readily available: under each picture of the six cookie flavors, the calories were listed in the range of 180-200 calories per cookie.My husband and I selected two flavors, the classic chocolate chip cookie, and the Oreo Chunk cookie, and we opted for a box of 4 cookies, since it was a better overall value to purchase a box of 4 instead of a box of 2. Almost as soon as we placed our order, it was piping hot, fresh, and ready to go! A very pleasant employee called our name and handed us our pink box of tempting cookies. While it was convenient to receive a text receipt instantaneously from the ordering process, we prefer a printed receipt, which was easily obtainable upon request.A brisk evening sent us running to the heated car with our fresh-baked cookies, which we discovered were truly fresh out of the oven when we arrived in our car! Honestly, the whole ordering process was so fast that we didn’t have time to contemplate scarfing these cookies in the car, as waiting to get home would mean that we’d have to sacrifice some of that ooey-gooey chocolate goodness. So, we sat in the car, softly and quietly breaking these hearty cookies into smaller, more manageable chunks for eating.Crispy along the edges, stuffed with both chunks of milk’s favorite cookie, with what can only be described as chunks of vanilla creme, this Oreo Chunk cookie was almost as big as a milk saucer. The depth of rich chocolate flavor was intense and inviting. The Classic Chocolate Chip cookie was a surprise, because this monster cookie stood at almost an inch high, was just baked enough in the center, but somehow remained crispy and browned along the edges. While this chocolate chip cookie was packed with chocolate chips almost the size of Hershey kisses, it didn’t really have the depth of flavor that baking a chocolate chip cookie until it’s crispier and more browned along the edges typically does. It felt as though Crumbl really wanted to drive home the idea that this is almost a soft-baked cookie, but surprise, it’s almost not, and left us with a lot of almost uncooked dough in the middle of the cookie. This cookie was far from my favorite, and just felt heavy after I ate half of it.The biggest surprise came when I decided to confirm the nutritional information presented to us on the menu screen to what the internet had to say. It turns out that each cookie is 4 servings of ~200 calories each, so in fact, each whole cookie is closing in on almost 800 calories. I’m unimpressed with Crumbl’s nutritional information, as WaWa presents all nutritional information per serving, not per item, when ordering. If WaWa can do this for their customers, Crumbl can do better. I’m embarrassed that I thought these cookies were so low calorie, but I had no idea how big they were on the screen when ordering, and the display was about 10 feet away, and not really visible.Overall, this was a fun experience, but I’m not sure if we’ll be back. There are so many local bakeries that offer cookies I enjoy more.Parking: In a shopping center with plenty of parking.

Charles Every time I walk into the store. It looks like it's worth $30 million dollars lol . Very clean/crisp along with friendly staff that allow me to take pics of them and the cookies so I can be featured in a crumbl instagram @crumbl). It's very expensive but sooo worth getting the product . I won't specify how many cookies I've ate from this place, but let's just say I am really enjoying all the cookies I bought and ate. I will continue to buy from this cookie company until the day I die. Good job crumbl
