Firehouse Subs Dorsett

The service is awful. We have been sitting here for 15 minutes waiting on a sandwich. The dining room is full and not one person has food. The workers are standing around doing nothing. Avoid this

We ordered online with a pick up time and it wasn't ready at pick up time and the worker asked me from across the room if I had a pick up and the pick up name instead of walking over to pick up counter and asking me .

Tonight was the first night of name game and Amy was the name so I was super excited to get one sandwich free which makes me feel valued as a customer. Tonight I tried something different and got a medium spicy cajun chicken. This was the best sandwich I have had in a long time at a sandwich shop. It was fresh, hot and delicious. My husband got the spicy meatball and he has had some not so great meatball subs from other firehouses. He said this one was delicious and wasn't soaked through the bread like previous times. Everything was great and the people behind the counter were friendly. I couldnt have asked for a better visit. Good job to the three team members who helped me tonight on Dec 11th they know how to run a restaurant right.
