I ordered a smoothie and paid for it online, but when I arrived at 7 PM, the store was locked even though the lights were on and the sign indicated it was open until 9. The workers eventually arrived, but refused to unlock the door as they were on a 30-minute break. Despite explaining that I had ordered online, they claimed their computer was not working. When we asked when their break would be over, they ignored us and locked the door while they made smoothies for themselves and laughed. I ended up leaving without my order and now need advice on how to get a refund. I also have a video of the situation.
My party arrived at the restaurant at 7:35 PM on Friday, May 3rd, 2024. The restaurant closes at 9 PM, but upon our arrival, we found the door locked and the employees sitting around a table near the window. Despite our attempts to get their attention by knocking on the door, they ignored us. When we approached them at the window, they simply stared back at us. The restaurant seemed to be in a state of disorder and neglect. I wouldn't enter that establishment even if I were offered payment. It was unclear when the last cleanliness check had been conducted.
