Ruth's Chris Steak House

We went for our anniversary dinner and they made out experience so special! They had rose petals on the table and they gave us mini raspberry cheesecakes for dessert. Our server was very friendly and attentive and our food was delicious! Will definitely be going again and highly recommend.

Food is always fabulous!! Had the sweetest server. Always look forward to eating there when we come to St. Louis. The only issue, the bathroom was disgusting!!! But, I am not sure If it's Hyatt's responsibility since the restaurant is located in that building?

Petite Filets were cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes had a hint of garlic which was nice (garlic didn 't overpower the dish). The Chef prepared Spinach Au Gratin instead of just creamed spinach and it was spectacular. The steamed broccoli was tender yet crispy. My home Ruth 's Chris is in North Dallas so I compare all other Ruth 's Chris restaurants to the Dallas restaurant. This St Louis restaurant was just as good although the service was slightly different.....good service, just a little different. I WILL absolutely return to the St Louis location when I 'm back in town. A GREAT DINING EXPERIENCE. I would prefer it to be a stand alone restaurant and not in the Hyatt because the restrooms were trashed. I can 't say that about the Houston location. It was just sub par and I won 't go back.

The food was exceptional: we had the 16oz ribeye (medium), sea bass, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach , crème brûlée, a bottle of Belle Glos Pinot noir, and some special kaluah martini. Every bite was absolutely delicious.

I have taken my mother and wife each year for Mother's Day, although the cost is very expensive for me, I believe it is worth the sacrifice to dine the two most important people in my life that I love so much. The customer service is excellent, the food is delicious. I look forward to next year's meal.
