Vapor Holiday Inn Auckland Airport

The restaurant was closed, so I cannot provide a rating. It was not helpful to have a confirmed booking and then arrive to find it closed. Fortunately, the bar was serving food.

We didn't end up going to Vapor restaurant, we went to the nearby Rumpus Bar instead. The service was quite poor and it seemed like the server was not pleased with our presence. We arrived around 9pm, which may have been the reason for the attitude, but since they closed at 9:30pm it shouldn't have been an issue. The food also took longer to be served than usual. The service did get better towards the end, possibly due to a change in staff.

Buffet at $25 was very good and affordable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Good quality buffet and wide range on the menu. Drinks on the high side, but well catered for. Coffee was great, as was service.
