Buon Gusto - Magog

I always visit this restaurant for their pasta, sauces, and homemade dishes. The owners are very friendly and they also offer catering services. The food is very good.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, located right along the waterfront. To our surprise, the location offered incredible views of the water, making it a unique and beautiful setting. The food was excellent as well. I dined with my family of five and we all enjoyed our meals, which were all different. The pasta dishes were of high quality, with delicious homemade sauces. The owner, who also served as the cook and waiter on the day we visited, was friendly and provided professional service. Overall, we had a very good dining experience.

Thought I would get a taste of Italy! Very average, not a restaurant I would crave! Don't expect pizza! Pasta sauce OK, mostly fish on menu. Met owner, not sure if he is cook too but not very sociable.

We have been wanting to try this neat little hidden restaurant located on Main St. in Magog. It's very cozy in the back looking out on the river, where many boats are docked. The food is very very good. We ordered the spaghetti with sausage...and 1 very large meatball (1/3 lb with beef, veal, mortadella all mixed in very tasty! They also bring green olives and fresh bread with oil and balsamic dressing for dipping. We met both owners, very nice and they take great pride in their restaurant and service. He imports his canned tomatoes for his sauces from Italy. He also creates his own menu to experiment and share with his customers. Your bill comes in a little Pastene can with 2 candies very different and original. We will be going back to try their spaghetti with fresh strawberries sounds different, but he recommends this, as they try and incorporate fresh fruits and veggies when in season. A must try if you are visiting in Magog.
