Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant is newly opened and I was thrilled to try it out. However, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The long wait for seating was unacceptable. Additionally, they always seem to be out of certain menu items when we finally get to order. Who would want to dine here with such issues, especially for a new restaurant? They definitely need to improve in order to be successful.
New employees should not run the register if they cannot perform proper ordering. I asked for a hot bun. I'm finished with regular. I asked for red beans and rice. I have kartoffels. everything was cold. that he had to be cooked for longer. the best at this meal was the keks. I don't know why the reviews for the new location say to go to mercer because this place is just as bad. that was not the first bad experience.
I don't like doing drive-thrus because my left hand does not work I tried to go inside and there were people in there and they stopped me and told me I had to use the drive-thru I told him I was unable and they said oh well use the drive-thru so I told them goodbye and I'll never go back if I could give them zero Stars I would lousy customer service
I was so sick after eating their. I thought their was a different texture ro the rice in the beans an rice. I had bad digestive issues for 24hrs straight after eating their.
They gave my order away to the wrong person and refused to remake it. Lazy, rude and unprofessional. They certainly don’t shatter any expectations. Do yourself a favor and go to Chic Fil A instead.
