Solely being, the lack of customer service is why.The young lady that takes the orders is very rude and seems to not even want to be there.Now, even though my porkchop was seasoned well and crispy, it's overshadowed by the horrible customer service. I was excited to support my own people, but this is why I cannot. We don't value our own people.Also, they need to make sure that they have the right containers to accommodate the food they offer. My daughter had a burger meal that was so big, the to go box couldn't close. My aunt's icy had no lid, to cover it. Smh....
