Kfc - Macon

I ordered the 16 pieces of iron with 2 additional pages. I was not offered to drink the 1/2 gallon and I don't get my two additional pages or one entry

They gave me the hardest chicken sandwich last night after they got an attitude with me because I couldn’t hear them good on the intercom. My stomach has been hurting since last night. I’m about to go back up there and file a formal complaint

If I could give them a zero I would. The crispy fried chicken was horrible. It tasted like it was cooked yesterday and dipped back in the grease the next day. The ice machine didn't work. Some of the workers was really nice but that's about it. The colonel takes really good pictures because he didn't participate in cooking that bad tasting food.The restaurant can really use a cleaning in the dining area.

Went this evening 7/10/22 ordered a 4pc with Mac and cheese as my side with a 6pc wing they tell me they only have 5 wings I said that's fine get food I have mash potatoes instead of Mac they say oh we out of Mac! Not to mention they thru the BBQ sauce on didn't even shake it up! Ridiculous

I went to Kfc and went to the drive thru to order a pot pie meal and the pot pie was dark and old on the inside. I tried to contact the store at 190 Tom Hill Sr Blvd but they did not answer so I called another store on Forsyth Rd and gave the person on the other end my phone number so that the District Manager can contact me but as usual that person did not call so I called KFC 800 number with a complaint. It's a shame to sell someone old food especially since the cost of everything has gone up. I am so disappointed with my food purchase today. I will not be going back to this location ever again. Fool me once shame on you. Then when you call KFC they don't even answer the phone. It was not busy around 6:52 pm when I went thru the drive thru tonight. Never again.
