Arezzo Pizza - Lyndhurst

I never had the kind of service I had received from Matt, he's what every employee should be like he's the biggest guy who can help. I had an order at 2:00 from what I wanted, but he didn't want me to stay hungry, so he went to his car and brought me a great pizza he had just made. And beyond that, he brought me some zappolies and they were so good. So if you want to try the best pizza place Arezzo you will not regret it. Thank you. Matt, you're AWESOME.

Best pizza out there, Matt is a big guy I called to place an order, but I lost the connection, so I called another place and ordered a pizza (the pizza was terrible) Matt called me back to follow my order, but I had told him that I ordered from another place, he then offered half a pizza the next day. I called him when I got the pizza and told him how bad it was, and he offered to go back to the store and make me a fresh pizza to enjoy tonight. Honestly, the best person to have a conversation and has a good head on the shoulders, I will never order from anywhere else thanks to matte.

Since I could not edit my review about grubhub, I will add a good word here. Matt, the owner, is a stubborn treasure. After a less than favorable experience he went absolutely beyond and beyond what he had to do to make it right. HIS Penne Wodka was delicious and the Cannolis are for dying! Give this place a chance, it definitely deserves it!

Great food! Amazing pizza, garlic knotted when this world. Amazing customer service. This guy loves what he does and shows. Make yourself a favor and check this place.

The owner of this place should give most other businesses lessons on how to do customer service correctly. Great guy. Called us back a few times not only to tell us he'd be late, but to offer free food since we had to wait, went out of his way to find a driver (because he was unable to) and called to make sure we were happy with the order. With that out of the way the pizza itself is pretty good for NNJ. Sauce is a bit sweet for my taste on both of the pizzas we ordered. Garlic knots were some of the best i've had and this comes from living in NYC and truly loving knots. Easily the best knots in NJ I've had, hands down with a bit of a zeppole fried ness to it that makes them great. I'd have given Arezzo in Lyndhurst maybe a 3.5 or 4 for the pizza alone, but the knots and the service bumped this up to a five for me on a personal level. They're doing a free pizza day early in may, maybe the first or second. Call to find out.
