Now the town is open again, am glad to have ‘found’ this place! We have walked past this bar between the old and newer parts of town before but not stopped, well now it’s a destination on its own! Lovely little gem, super friendly owners Mike and Luz, and Nazim pulling pints and making cocktails! Beautifully decorated, super clean, and attention to detail in everything including the drinks, snacks, food and facilities. Awesome experience at 31. We met Fabio and his partner during our short visit from London. Food was awesome and they were great hosts. You can't go wrong with any of the food, and the menu changes often. So good, we went two days in a row to try the other food. If you're heading to Faro, this is a must visit. oss!

Really enjoyed our evening. Very genuine, honest and great food! Service was very friendly and helpful. The recommended wine Solo (from Dão region) was very fitting and delicious. Just pick anything and you won't go wrong. Definitely would recommend to any foody looking for dinner in Faro.

Very simple, very neat and very comfortable. 31 Bisto is a lovely dining room where you can really feel at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and love to keep it simple. The food is cooked with lots of love and tastes outstandingly good. I forgot my sunglasses there and when I went to pick it up the next day, I ended up having a long conversation with the owner. He is a very free-spirited man who loves what he does. It was very inspiring to see him living his dream. Thanks a lot Fabio for your amazing hospitality and we wish you the best!
