Domino's Pizza - LOUISA

Ordered food tonight for contactless delivery (due to having Covid). After an hour of waiting and the app telling me my order was delivered, we still did not have our dinner. I called politely to see if it had been mis delivered by chance all to find outthe driver had not left and they?d be here in 15 mins. I was told they were backed up, so I said I understood and hung up. 20mins go by and still nothing. I call again and was told the driver was just leaving and to give it 10-15 more mins. Anotherclose to 30 mins go by, still no delivery and after my husband called a third time, we find out it had been left at myneighbors? house. Usually they call and tell you when your order has been left, but we received no notification. My husband letthem know our dinner was cold and asked for some compensation, especially since we waited an hour and a half, but was told therewas nothing they could do.

I order from this dominos all the time never had any issues however today I ordered and when I received it all 3 pizzas I ordered were burnt up to the point my grand children didn?t want it I called the store and at first the manager acted like hecouldn?t find my order then he he acted rude and said he would send 3 more back out but he wanted the others back of course hecan have them back I definitely don?t want them they made the mistake not me so don?t act like I?m lieing about the food beingburnt!

Food is always good, but it would be even better if they would remember the freaking MARINARA! They always deliver quickly, and they are the only place that delivers to where I live. But every time I order I pay an extra .69 cents for a marinara that theyalways forget to put in the cheesy bread.

If you live at Lake Anna this Domino?s will not deliver. They will take your order as a delivery and then call you and tell you that you have to ?meet? their driver somewhere. Definitely not delivery.

I usually order online and it is fairly quick and efficient, however when I have gone in to the store the staff is friendly helpful (especially Delaney)! I'm always pleased with the quality of the food and timely service! Also, the delivery drivers arealways friendly and respectful of our property too!
