Good service,nice people delicious food . Big chicken burrito 3 soft taco's done. All out of tortilla chips.Dang it! Love them with salsa guacamole. Dip Away! Make it your way 2. Lot's of choices 2. Plenty of items 2 choose from 2 put on your food. Try it out!!!! I had to stop in here for Taco Tuesday night . Good authentic Mexican food restaurant or something

Just like any Qdoba, the food is always delicious! The staff at this location are friendly and very helpful. Only pulling a star as orders are often incorrect and/or missing items.

Used to love this location but not so much right now. Went in today at 11:40 the prep counters were a mess, the food on display only partially prepped for lunch (which normally they are ready for the lunch rush by then), the dining area was strewn with boxes and product wrappers, the floors were sticky and nasty like they haven't been properly cleaned in weeks, and the workers were sitting around like they had nothing to do (then proceeded to move like they were half asleep when we got to the counter)! The owner of this location needs to grab ahold of the reigns and correct the course because this prior good location is heading the wrong way.

Came in today for some bowls. They’re only accepting online orders right now because of staffing issues. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and helpful. The food was amazing. Please continue to support this location. Better service and quality of food than the other Livonia location by A LOT.

Typically , this is a great place for a quick , somewhat healthy option . I don’t expect a 5 star restaurant experience by any means , but common courtesy and customer service would be nice . The two young men were actually very nice , the manager was degrading , mean and not shy about that she was in charge . As my son got his order made , she commented “I don’t know why they didn’t do both of your orders at once like they’re supposed to . I guess I’ll help you “ then when she noticed she had 3 door dash orders to complete she says “never mind , you’ll wait for him “ which is fine , not in a hurry , it was just the way she said it and then kept picking on the employees about stuff they were doing wrong . Again , not my business but do it when customers aren’t present . I patiently waited for fajita veggies that were covered in oregano (no, it wasn’t cilantro) last time i checked Mexican food didn’t use oregano . There was no silverware , the booths were soo all broken and overall , just looked like a dumpy store . Hopefully if we try it again we’ll have a better experience and the store won’t be in shambles and maybe the manager can be more professional .
