Noodles And Company - Livonia

I can make this food myself. The staff was gossiping the entire time and unprofessional. My cashier never offered any services or sides and was unresponsive. Only : is that all.This was my first time at this restaurant.

The chicken noodle soup was great but the spicy Korean beef noodles were dry and sticky not at all how they should be

The food was delicious! However, the service could not have been slower and they initially forgot to give us utensils. There was a new item and they didn't even explain it to us. Another family was equally as confused when they received their food. Definitely not coming back to this location.

The lady that took our order was amazing she was super nice and welcoming. The lady that brought out our food how ever seemed very irritated to have to do her job and she tosses our bred and the rest of our food at us and she was just very rude altogether

Just ordered the Med salad which may have been good except I was served frozen lettuce! It didn't help that the young lady taking my order seemed annoyed as well as the manager ?. I just ended up picking out the noodles, chicken and any veggies I could. ??‍
