The employee at the drive-thru, with orange hair, was extremely rude!

Place my order on the mobile app for pick up at the drive thru. I understand lines can be long but a 30min total wait is rediclious. We'll start with my drink was wrong. When I told the gal she rolled her eyes at me. There is a clear difference between frozen coffee a frozen hot chocolate. She remade my drink after handing it to me closed the window. When she had to reopen the window I got another strong eye roll cause I also didn't receive the food my son I ordered. The sandwiches weren't even in the beginning stages of being made. My son I sat at the window waited while they were made. 30 min is a bit much for an on-the-go order 5 visible people working. Just saying.

Not a good time, dining room was closed but no note on the locked front door telling us to use the drive through. Hardly any donuts to choose from and the coffee was too hot and tasted very bad. We will not come back.
