My husband and I first experienced the chef's amazing cuisine at Sugar Hill Inn over 10 years ago. When we found out that He opened up a restaurant in Littleton, NH we were thrilled. From the service, welcoming environment, and outstanding food it is a gem of culinary delight. Fresh, delicious, and diverse food that is filled with explosions of flavor. Our expectations were exceeded. From the friendly service to the deliciously prepared meals Tim-Bir Alley is an experience. The food is incredible and prepared by the chef/owner himself and brought directly to us. It feels very personalized. It’s a small intimate restaurant with only a handful of tables, the perfect place for a quiet meal. Service: Dine in
