Disappointed about how they welcome their guest. Overated resort, quality of service and overall ambiance not worth it with the expensive entrance fee. Swimming pool with Greenish water

We enjoyed the pool area but I think it is not safe because there's no life guard who restricts the area. Even if there's a signage saying no diving still, there are a lot doing it. The water inside the hotel room specifically in the cr faucet.. amoy at lasang tubig sa pool nung ginamit namin mag toothbrush. No choice we just use our mineral water. Also, the shower it not working. The hotel staff of the restaurant is not that accommodating. We received an American breakfast that consists of sliced plain loaf bread and a scrambled egg (hopefully, they should atleast toasted the bread so that it will be called American breakfast) parang Filipino breakfast lang din kasi kaso tinipid. We expected that there's cereals that's why we chose American breakfast then makikita namin yung kasama naming nag Filipino breakfast umaapaw yung plate nya sa dami ng ulam.

We come here often as my daughter loves swimming, but yesterday I would say it wasn't very pleasant, they were groups of swimmers who were under the influence of alcohol bullied my children calling them dogs and making barking noise, when we confronted them they lied, after that incident they started questioning one of our little girl who was with us inside the toile, which I didn't tolerated it. in the end they admitted what they did was wrong but we never got an apology for what they did, the staff all they did was calm us down.

I dont recommend this place! The pool is dirty and slimmy. The water in the pool is itchy and its not clear! No life guard! The water in the room shower is smelly and color yellow. Cockroach under the bed! The beds have someone other peoples hair all over

The place and ambiance is good but the food preparation and food itself is below average. Not recommended for food lovers.
