Mcdonald's - Lingayen

This maccers is terrible. They regularly don't have burgers! Haha a burger restaurant! No burgers! Then you get the wrong order delivered. Chicken they only have wings prob as they are the cheapest cuts. Skanks. Another note always check your fries they will always try to rip you off for fries... Order large fries forget it your getting small fries in a big box. Dodgy cheapassMFers

Feels great when ordering, and it also tastes good tho, but some of the pieces of the fries aren't salted, and i got my coke float without a straw, maybe those employees are lack of sleep that's why they were horribly served my meal, yeah.

I'm giving this McDonald's franchise 4 stars. I've been here several times and it's always fully packed. The crews can't simply keep up with the huge influx of customers that the tables are always cleaned late. Keeping the comfort room (male) squeaky clean seems to be a problem also. As with all McDonald's franchise, the quality of the food is the same everywhere. I think that more than makes up for the three negatives of this place: #1. It's always fully packed. #2. The tables are cleaned late. #3. The comfort room is not squeaky clean.

Poor customer service. If you look poor wearing plain shirt adding your typical brown-colored skin, you will be treated unfairly. I just had a terrible experience today where I ordered a cup of coffee and asking for extra hot water. I was even willing to pay for it. The clueless crew asked her manager beside her if she can sell me the extra hot water in a cup. A plain no was her Manager 's response without even taking a look at me. It wasn 't busy that time. I was the only customer at the moment in the counter. Since he said no, I didn 't bother to ask no more. While waiting for my coffee, I saw an elderly guy at the counter requesting for hot water. The crew said, Okay Sir . While the crew was getting his hot water I then asked the elderly if he do have his own cup, he said no. So I went back to the same Manager Harvey Lee Bonade asking why the elderly guy got hot water while I didn 't? I figured I had to speak in English. You know this stereotype among Filipinos that if you look poor, humble and dark-skinned you will likely be taken lightly? I finally had Mr. Manager to look at me while conversing in English. The Manager then said, hindi po kasi namin maipa-punch ang cup. Pero may plastic cup po kami kung gusto niyo . I replied, that was what I am asking. You could have offered me since the beginning instead of answering a plain no without even throwing a glance . For goodness ' sake, you are a Manager. A good customer service should start with you. You guys should treat customers fairly regardless of their status, color, looks and whatnot. Tanggalin ninyo na rin po ang ugali na kapag hindi mukhang mayaman ang customer ay hindi na tutulungan sa request nila. Kung hindi naman possible ang request, dapat po ipaliwanag ng maayos. By the way, I requested for extra hot water kasi masyadong matapang ang kapeng barako.

Staff are not only slow to understand but they are also very slow to get orders done. Very disorganized. A request for a packet of salt will take more than 10 mins.
