Workers are rude and rush you when there is literally no one in line. Fries were not fresh and gross along with the rest of the food. I swear these people need workers cause folks get away with everything these days.
I don't know what happened here weve been coming here forever and it's always been great. It's been consistently terrible for a month or two now. These two people on nights now are just awful. The guy can't even run a fryer and the girl at the window has a poor attitude. You work in the easiest fast food joint around here and you can't fry two items correctly, sad. I'll be taking my money across the street then cause I'm not paying for consistently bad attitudes and worse food
I placed an order on December 2.I had a chicken sandwich and my husband had a Big Buford. I ate a few bites of my chicken sandwich before I realized it was uncooked. I called the restaurant and was told they couldn’t give me a refund. I had to call the 800 number, so I called the 800 number and was told that corporate would call me because they had to issue the refund. It is now December 18 and I have called a few times, and I keep getting the runaround. I’m told that corporate will call me, and I have not heard from them. My husband also did not eat his burger that day because he was grossed out over my chicken. IF you have a problem at this restaurant, the restaurant itself cannot issue a refund, and I’m debating if corporate even exists at this point. I have been told now 6 TIMES that someone would call me. Luckily, I did not get sick because if I would have I filed a lawsuit.INTERNAL FOOD GAGES exist for a reason.
Went through the drive-thru the hamburgers look like the picture they were very good1
