The food presentation was the worst I’ve had. Looked like dog food. I made it to taste it and it was eatable but not good at all. Waiter was more into having a good time rather that taking care of us and we were his o Lu table since the restless empty

TERRIBLE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!! I made a reservation for dinner yesterday, December 24th at 10 pm with my family. When we arrived, the place was closed. The guard inside the restaurant, when asked if there was another entrance, treated me rudely and with a bad attitude. He very angrily told me that if I didn't see that it was closed, then there was no service!! If you are going to close, do not accept reservations and especially do not confirm them by email. Due to the late hour, we had no other options for dinner as everything else was packed. We were relying on our reservation made via email and ended up not being able to have dinner on Christmas Eve. I will make sure to tell everyone coming to Playa del Carmen not to go there. It was a complete joke what they did, they have no excuse. If you are not going to be open, simply mark as UNAVAILABLE in the app.
