Don Fran - Liberia

This is a charming restaurant with delicious food and an exceptional service. At the moment we went to the staff, we felt more like friends than customers. We ordered the guacamole and have to admit that the best I ever had was. The NY Strip Steak was just perfect. Prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is cozy, but also ideal for groups. If you are in Liberia and looking for the best selection of beef cuts do not look further. Very recommended!

This is a great place to eat. Fran and Mari take care of you and serve fantastic meals. If you don't try the Vaquera, you're missing a real treat. Very recommended.

Great. We stopped here for lunch on the way to Del Coco. The food was amazingly good. The steaks were mouthwater. We would have always come back if we had more time.

My family and I eat here every chance we get! The burgers here are wonderful as well as the steaks. We don’t go out to eat anywhere else in Liberia because you can’t beat the food or the customer service of Carne Asada Don Fran! Fran and María José are wonderful, honest people and know how to serve well.
