Lin Sushi - LEGNANO

This restaurant is Located in Legnano, not in the city centre but facing of a huge street. The parking in front of the restaurant is too little for the number of clients as the restaurants is huge. We wanted to dine in this place and when we booked we were informed that we had to choose between two possible hours: 7.30 pm and 9.30 pm, ad they had to be sure to complete at least two rounds. When we arrived to the restaurant we vertical garden area, where we could see a fake and almost dead true garden wall, but this area in reality was a veranda. The ambient was too hot because they had clearly problems with the heating of a pellet stove, which in the middle of the dinner made some diners leave their table because of smoke and fire. When we arrived at the table they gave us a tablet where to choose food and beverages (but not to send the order to the kitchen, so why not to use a simple menu? in fact, the choice is not that huge... and we were asked to order 3 or 4 times in 10 minutes. Throughout the duration of the dinner we had not only the impression but the certainty of continuous pressure to speed up the process, from the ordering process to the delivery and collection of dishes, which is very bad for every guest in every restaurant, and it's even more important in a Japanese restaurant where guest should be considered above everything else. Trying to find a reason why the prices should be that high, we ordered various kinds of food: from appetizers to dumplings, from soba to sushi, from fish to fruit: the last dish was the only one which didn't leave us disappointed. The rice was too raw and made us stomach ache the night, the soba were too soft and its vegetables and shrimps too raw, the dumplings were pretty common. I've surely eaten better in a few AYCE Japanese restaurant and the price of this Lin Sushi can be compared to some true Japanese restaurant in Milan or around the world but it's not managed by Japanese people and chefs and it's surely the worst of them.

Il ristorante è più piccolo rispetto a quelli che solitamente frequento, con due sale al piano inferiore e altri tavoli all'ingresso. L'ambiente è un po' tetro e poco illuminato. Il menu nei giorni feriali offre molti piatti limitati. I prezzi sono più alti rispetto ai ristoranti giapponesi della zona (e non solo), ma la qualità è ottima e giustifica pienamente il costo più elevato. Il personale è composto da un piccolo staff che parla discretamente italiano.

Abbiamo pranzato con la formula all you can eat, trovando i piatti generalmente buoni. Il servizio era cortese. La sala ha arredi molto scuri e quindi un'atmosfera forse più adatta per una cena. Nel complesso, un'esperienza positiva tra le alternative nella zona.

Another Chinese Sushi Sashimi provider. Fairly standard pricing, but quality slightly above the average. Restaurant quite nice, the only downside even if the staff seemed very nice, it was a little bit on the slow side when it came to food delivery. Overall a nice place to eat.

It is one of the best sushi places in town. Warm environment, rich menu, fast service and great food. The portions are well balanced between the rice and the fish and the prices are not too expensive in comparison to the quality. I highly recommend it.
