Twisted Fresh - Lawrence

Very tasty, fresh food. Staff was super friendly. The 4-Alarm burger was very good, but I would have loved it if it were just a little bit spicier.

First time eating here, and we have to say that we were not disappointed. We each had a chicken gyro salad bowl, and everything tasted just fine. The greens were all fresh, the vegetables were tasty, and the sauce is made in house. Our food was done and ready to be picked up before we even had our seats. The only reason I'm not rating five stars is that the chicken was a tad dry, but it's darn near impossible to get juicy white meat chicken in a restaurant.

Fish in the Midwest? Most would steer clear. But the mahi mahi tacos here taste like they fished em out of the ocean that morning. Finish off those tacos with some of the habanero sauce. You may end up bleeding from multiple orifices... but what?s life without risk...

This place can be hit or miss, the first time I went I had the mahi mahi tacos and they were amazing. Another day for lunch I ordered the four alarm chicken sandwich. It was supposed to have pepper jack, buffalo, and jalapeno peppers, but the peppers were missing and the chicken was thin and overcooked. There are good items on the menu like the wraps and tacos, just avoid the chicken.

This place is spacious and inviting. I love the atmosphere. First visit, already hooked! The Baja Shrimp tacos are worth every penny. They were just the right kind of spicy and the creamy avocado lime sauce was an excellent pairing. And it was the perfect amount of food to enjoy all of it without feeling stuffed! The staff was nice, the cooks really know what they're doing, it was cool and fun to see literal fire coming off the grill while they cooked our food! My husband got the West coast wrap and says it was amazing too!
