We frequently visit this restaurant on Mondays for happy hour, which features a Meatless Monday theme. The taco burrito can be made vegan by using Beyond Meat and vegan cheese; although it isn't part of the happy hour special, it easily satisfies both of us, and I really appreciate that they typically serve it on two plates when we let them know we’re sharing. You can also request the happy hour dip trio, which usually includes queso, to be made with all guacamole. While the food isn't extraordinary, it's good for the price, and they don't charge extra for making dishes vegan.

You can easily substitute vegan cheese or Beyond Beef for just about any dish. I typically order the "Mex and Match," which includes two soft Beyond Beef tacos and black beans, and they haven't gotten my order wrong so far. The service is quick, and the portion sizes are generous for the price.

I tried the enchilada and taco, and I highly recommend the enchilada—it was fantastic!
