They have the vegan options clearly on their menu with a small emoji that says vegan! what is nice because sometimes the w's are confusing it is vegetarian or vegan I thought it was cool to see, especially since nothing is mentioned when it is vegetarian or not. It's usually the opposite. there are about 7 or 8 vegan options listed with others that are likely to be modified to be vegan. says on the menu you can replace vegan cheese on each menu item for 1.00 or add add add tofu.

There were some vegan options on the menu and I went with the vegan breakfast burrito. it was okay and the portion size was huge. in the round the tortilla was filled with many vegetables, mushrooms and tofu. I think this could have been amazing when a little effort is given to the tofu by it for taste and bake it for texture. Instead it seemed to cut directly from the package and throw into the burrito so it was very blanching. overall it was not a bad experience and I was glad to have options.

Great place to try, nice atmosphere. Give it a shot!

One of our favorite places for breakfast in downtown Lawrence. I usually get Mark's scramble locally made tofu with veggies, yummy. Sidewalk seating available.

They have a vegan tofu scramble on the menu. they would think it would be easy to sub-tofu in some of their other scrambles, but if I asked to sub-tofu in their more tex mex style scramble, it came with tofu and speck. they have made it new, but taste was meh. would not take much for this place to be vegan friendly, but as it is, I will probably not be back.
