Altro esempio di un luogo incantevole dove la natura regna sovrana e i profumi del pane sono un delizioso accompagnamento.
Il miglior pane della zona, croccante e cotto sempre al punto giusto! Un 'attività relativamente nuova che ha molto da insegnare ai vecchi del mestiere.
Credo che questo esercizio abbia colto nel segno l'esigenza di unire tradizione e innovazione. Ottimo il pane.
