L'atelier 28 - Lasne

We visited the restaurant and found it to be busy but inviting. There were many families dining, but the noise level was low. The service was excellent and the waitress was very friendly. In terms of quality, everything was great except for the homemade Béarnaise sauce, which was a bit too vinegary as another customer mentioned. The portion sizes were generous, and overall, we will definitely be returning to try other dishes.

Since its opening, Workshop 28 has been a consistently reliable dining option for us. Sebastien, the young chef running the kitchen solo, always impresses us with his creative, gourmet, and diverse dishes. The quality to price ratio is excellent, and the cherry on top is the fantastic service led by the energetic young team. With a beautiful interior and a lovely terrace in the summer, the atmosphere is always pleasant. I highly recommend Workshop 28!

Faithful since its opening, we have never been disappointed by the cuisine of Sebastien, young chef alone in the furnaces his cuisine is creative, tasteful and varied. it never stops excellent quality price and cherry on the cake, great service, dynamic led by the young elodie cabbage place, pretty terrace in summer and always pleasant atmosphere I recommend the workshop!

Very nice evening spent in a restaurant with a warm atmosphere with a very well chosen decoration. the kitchen offers fresh local products and offers good value for money. the service is really of quality and the leader never misses the call to come greet the customers. we really recommend this restaurant that has a beautiful future ahead of him.
