Bidrage med feedback1/16/23 Hubby opted to get soft tacos at Taco Bell I was going to check if their nacho fries are better here.... And the guy at the drive thru says they no longer have them!!! He said it in a low monotonous voice, like he needed a pick me up. Hubby got his tacos in a jiffy he says they 're meh . They 're okay . Not bad for a quick snack!
Long drive thru wait line I don't know why the heck I came here to this location. I ordered 6:43 Got my receipt 6:55 Waiting at the window (Drive Thru And I'm still sitting In The drive thru at 7:06 I commented are you guys all NEW? He said no, He replied we are short staffed with no eye contact. I said it would help if you let people know you're short-staffed so that we understand why we are all sitting here for the minimum 15-20 minutes in the drive-through. Unfortunately the gentleman who put the food and gave it to me so this (Caucasian skinny boy didn't appreciate the comment I made But Communication goes a long way ,and I only was trying to help. However they got my order Correct Finally!
I thought it seemed odd that my total at the drive through was an even amount. When I got home I discovered they had rounded up the total for the TB Foundation without my authorization. Not cool.
Every time neanderthal go to location on del llama, same thing happen They ask me what kind hot sauce I want I tell them FIRE (best invent ever) They give me bag I get home, no hot sauce at all Why ask what kind hot sauce I want if no give to me??? Maybe try think inside of box for this one ha
Staff: Um, well, yeah leaves a lot to be desired. Girl answers intercom with hold on I 'll be right with you . Got to the window and no greeting from the young man which should be the norm but no biggie. He was wearing an airpod in one ear which I found to be odd in a customer facing job. Appeared to be new as a woman who I assume was a manager appeared to be training him. He handed me the bag and said, have a good one . Not quite a thank you but ok. Overall he seemed nice just needs some tweaks on customer service. Service: I 've never waited soooooooooooo long in a drive thru in my life. I got to see the sun set and rise the next day while in line. I 've waited less time in a much much longer line at In n Out. To put in perspective, I was roughly the 8th in line and I clocked it at 25 mins. That is not an exaggeration at all. That is unbelievably long. Good/Quality: Food was on par with all Taco Bell locations and was good. Overall: I would not have came here if not for the request of my father in law. Next time I 'll go to the one on bellflower for what I hope would be better service.
