Love this place. The cheeses and meats are great and the wine selection is interesting and not pretentious. Recommend for a fun and different evening

Hidden gem in downtown Fullerton. Go here every week on Friday and Saturday for the live music and the gouda food/wine. Best wine/cheese bar in OC.

The best paninis you will ever have, not even exaggerating . this is a cheese shop more known for their charcutterie boards , exotic cheeses , and wine . when we went , we decided to get some paninis and they were absolutely amazing . we ended up going back again because they were that good . even if you arent the biggest fan of cheese stop by and try out their paninis , i promise you you will not regret it . the signature panini is my favorite one they offer . easy 10/10

Really great spot in Downtown Fullerton. Great for all occasions, if you want some wine and cheese, a panini, to go charcuterie board for a party, or cheese to go, they have it all. The decor is real nice for a cheese shop, doesn't make you feel like you're in downtown Fullerton so they hit the mark there. The sandwiches are good, the Archie and Signature were delicious. We'll be coming back for cheese and charcuterie to go for sure. I only wish they had or offered wet naps because with the honey and balsamic you have lots of sticky ingredients there so my hands got sticky and had to wet the napkin with the glass of water. That is my only suggestion.

I have been here a number of times and am never disappointed. Absolutely LOVE this cheese shop. They have delicious and beautiful boards, great appetizers and sandwiches, and wonderful staff. You cannot go wrong with any of the curated boards and it is fun to let the staff pick your cheeses, unless you have super strong preferences. Always go for the pumpkin baked Brie special in October that is a beautiful mixture of sweet, soft, and not too overpowering with pumpkin (pumpkin also doesn't taste fake like a lot of pumpkin flavored items in the fall). Such an extremely creative menu. And yes, it is pricey, but not for the quality and good cheese, wine, and a creative menu should cost as much as it does. Cannot say enough of how much I am a fan of Let it Brie!
