Dunkin' - Lakewood

I’ve been here a few times and regret it every time .. customer service is terrible, coffee drinks aren’t made properly, watered down. Staff just pours who knows what into the cups… gas station coffee would do better than coming into this location. Overall this establishment needs better training and management! Dunkin’ Donuts has lost a customer :

Went to the drive through was sitting there for a solid 2 to 3 minutes. Moved vehicle to be recognized by sensor was immediately barked at. By a rude guy with no customer service skills. Very unfriendly acting like I was an inconvenience. I. Try to order an item. He said that's not allowed. Because I don't feel like restocking right now. Very off putting. I have never encountered an experience like this at Dunkin Donuts. It seems their workers are bothered by working.

I ordered a pick up on the Dunkin app and went through the drive thru to get the order. Although I had to remind them I had ordered donuts that is not the issue, the donuts were right and good. We got 3 coffees on the other hand and 2 of them were straight milk. Especially the free medium one I had on the app. And they weren’t busy at all so why can’t they make the coffees? I have milk at home.

This is my 3rd time coming here and the past 2 times I’ve encountered rude employees. The iced coffee tastes like dirt water and the hot chocolate was cold with unmixed chocolate powder.I’m not sure why these past two times I’ve felt uncomfortable ordering due to the indifference of the cashier. If you’re not happy working here, please for the love of God quit and give your spot to those that would really appreciate working here!
