Very good food. friendly environment. visiting az with a big ohana of 8 has not even our server phase. She never missed a drink and my burrito was huge. about enough food with a decent tab. highly recommended

Come to Durango for years. They always enjoyed their food. But today it wasn't. I hope it's just a one-time situation as we really would like to come back. On a cold day like today I was really on a beef soup (caldo de res) or Cocido. It's one of my favorites. I asked for the meal with extra serving meat. I was told that the parts were preset, but they would see what they could do. I informed the waitress that we would pay the additional costs of the requested part. Unnecessary to say The soup came with the three pieces of meat you see on the photo. There was no reason to explain what could happen about the additional meat content. I was so disappointed with the meal and treatment that it makes me sad that we probably won't return. It was always a great experience. Then for the cherry on the top I was charged the extra meat portion on my bill. Really epic!

I would have given more stores if they had better customer service. The food is great. Perfect place to go if you have time to wait around for service.
